Accommodation in Heilbronn

The International Office assists our international students in finding accommodation for their stay in Heilbronn. As part of the application process, nominated students can fill in an accommodation form indicating their preferences. For all interested international students, we can arrange rooms in a student hall of residence  in Heilbronn, which is easily accessible by public transport.

There are 3 different options in the student residence

• Single room apartments with a room/kitchen and bathroom

• Double apartments with 2 single bedrooms and one shared kitchen and bathroom

• 4 single room apartments with shared kitchen (one), small lounge area and 2 bathrooms 

We will try to accommodate student preferences, but all student accommodation options are limited, so we ask that you make a second choice. If you are in a double room apartment, the other person will be of the same sex as you, but the 4-person suite can be mixed (with separate bathrooms). 

You can expect to pay around €370 depending on the type of option you choose. The minimum rental stay is 6 months. Please note that the accommodation is not within easy walking distance of the campus. It takes approximately 48 minutes to walk (3.6 km), 15 minutes by bike and 30 minutes by bus.

Below is a list of other accommodation options in Heilbronn that are most commonly used by our students. The list is not exhaustive. The individual providers are responsible for the content of their pages.

Rosenberg Quartier offers a total of 479 furnished apartments and apartments as well as customized services for residents - from a fitness area to a digital packing station and spacious roof terraces to a neighbourhood restaurant

PaulA_Flat in Paulinenstrasse is located in the immediate vicinity of Heilbronn city center and a 5-minute walk from the Bildungscampus. It offers 106 individual flats measuring between 18 and 35 m².

RobertA offers 80 student rooms near the Robert-Bosch/Max-Planck-Strasse roundabout.

PUROpartment, a property offered by i Live GmbH, is located directly next to the former Heilbronn cigar factory.

Information on the newly renovated "Lohtor" building near the city center directly on the Neckar river can be found here. It is only 400 meters on foot along the Neckar to the Bildungscampus. 

15 single apartments between 18.5 and 39.7 square meters in Schäfergasse 3, approx. 500 meters from the Bildungscampus.

12 single apartments between 18.3 and 27 square meters in Ludwigsburger Straße 4, approx. 4 km from the Bildungscampus.

The Sonnenbrunnen flatshare is in a prime location in Heilbronn-Böckingen and has a total of 10 rooms (6-bed apartment share and 4-bed). The rooms (7-19 square meters) are all freshly renovated, furnished and have high-speed WLAN.

The Hotel zur Post rents out eight single apartments at Bismarckstraße 11, approx. 2 km from the Bildungscampus.

Campus Südbahnhof, an offer from i Live GmbH, lists 58 furnished single apartments and one furnished double apartment as a 2-unit shared apartment at Happelstraße 84, approx. 2.5 km from the Bildungscampus

TPZ - The Plaze Heilbronn/ apartment block in Karlstrasse/ corner of Allee, offers 124 furnished single apartments with parking spaces.

The „CAMPUS LIVING Heilbronn" student residence is located at Paulinenstrasse 23/25 and the flats have been specially designed for students, interns, trainees and young professionals.

The "Studenticum" student residence in Heilbronn-Böckingen is located at Heidelberger Strasse 32/1 and has ten rooms. The rooms are furnished and each has its own storage room.  

The student residence W27 is located at Wilhelmstrasse. 27 in Heilbronn and has 212 single and partner apartments (20-47 square meters). All apartments are fully furnished and have high-speed internet, a private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.

The „Urban Living Heilbronn“ apartment complex of i Live GmbH is located at Schmollerstrasse 55/57 in Heilbronn and has 239 apartments (23-66 sqm).
